Connect your number

Link your WhatsApp Business number to WA.cr with a short guided sign-up.

Connecting your number takes a few guided steps, and you confirm one code from WhatsApp along the way. Once your number is verified, you can start replying and sending from WA.cr.

Steps

  1. Open Settings, then Connect WhatsApp.
  2. Tap Start guided sign-up and follow the prompts.
  3. Choose the WhatsApp Business number you want to use.
  4. Enter the confirmation code WhatsApp sends you.
  5. Wait for the green "Connected" status to appear.
  6. Send yourself a test message to check it works.

Before you start

A little prep makes the sign-up smooth.

  • Have admin access to the number you're connecting.
  • Keep your phone nearby for the confirmation code.
  • A number must be verified before you can send any messages.

If it doesn't work

  • If the code doesn't arrive, wait a few minutes and request it again.
  • If the number is already in use elsewhere, disconnect it there first.
  • If status stays "Pending", refresh the page and retry the sign-up.
