Connect your WooCommerce store
Link your WooCommerce shop so its products sync into WA.cr and you can share them in chat.
Connecting WooCommerce pulls your products into WA.cr so you can share them in a chat, and lets order events start an automation.
Steps
- Open Integrations and choose Connect store.
- Pick WooCommerce.
- Enter your shop address, starting with
https://. - Choose Connect — you'll be sent to your own shop to approve access.
- Sign in to WordPress if you're asked to, then press Approve.
- You'll come back to WA.cr, and the first sync starts on its own.
Enter the keys by hand instead
If the approval screen doesn't work on your setup, you can create the keys yourself:
- In WordPress, open WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → REST API.
- Add a key with Read/Write permission.
- Copy the consumer key and consumer secret.
- Back in WA.cr, choose the manual option and paste both.
What syncs
Products come across with their name, price, photo and stock status. Orders and customers can follow too, depending on what you switch on for the connection. Changing a product in WooCommerce updates it in WA.cr on the next sync.
Before you start
- Your shop must be reachable over
https://— a local or password-protected site won't connect. - You need administrator access to the WordPress site.
If it doesn't work
- If the approval screen never returns, check the shop address for typos and try again.
- If products are missing, confirm they are published and in stock in WooCommerce.
- If the connection shows an error, press Test on the card to see the reason.
