Share products in chat
Send a single product card or a multi-product list so customers can shop inside WhatsApp.
You can drop products straight into a conversation, so customers browse and add items to a cart without ever leaving WhatsApp.
Steps
- Open the customer's chat in your inbox.
- Tap the product or catalogue option in the composer.
- Choose a single product, or several for a list.
- Pick the items from your catalogue.
- Add a short message if you like.
- Press Send to share them in the chat.
Single card or product list
Send a single product card when you want to highlight one item. Send a multi-product list when the customer is comparing options or buying a few things. Either way, they can open the product, browse details and add items to a cart inside WhatsApp.
If it doesn't work
- If no products appear, add them to your catalogue first.
- If the option is greyed out, confirm your catalogue is linked to your number.
- If a product looks out of date, re-sync or edit it in the catalogue.
