Add your products

Build your catalogue by syncing from your store or adding products by hand.

Your catalogue is the list of products you can share in chat, linked to your WhatsApp number so customers can browse them right there.

Steps

  1. Open WA.cr and go to Catalogue.
  2. Choose how to add products.
  3. To sync, connect Shopify, WooCommerce or qTap.
  4. To add by hand, tap Add product.
  5. Enter a name, price, photo and description.
  6. Save the product to your catalogue.
  7. Repeat for each item you want to sell.

Sync or add by hand

If you already run a store on Shopify, WooCommerce or qTap, syncing keeps your catalogue up to date automatically. If you sell a handful of items, adding them by hand is quick and needs no store. You can mix both.

To connect a store, follow Connect your WooCommerce store or Connect your Shopify store.

If it doesn't work

  • If a product is missing after syncing, check that it is active in your store.
  • If a photo won't upload, try a smaller image file.
  • If prices look wrong, confirm the currency on the product.
