What integrations can do
Connect your store, Google Sheets and other tools so WA.cr works with what you already use.
An integration links WA.cr to another tool you already use — your online store, your spreadsheets, your maps provider — so information flows between them without anyone copying and pasting.
What you can connect
- Your online store — sync products from WooCommerce or Shopify so you can share them in chat, and let order events start an automation. See Connect your WooCommerce store and Connect your Shopify store.
- Google Sheets — let your Auto Flows add, update and look up rows in your own spreadsheets. See Connect Google Sheets.
- Maps and addresses — add your own Google Maps key for better address lookups. See Add a Google Maps key.
Where they live
Open Integrations from the sidebar. Everything you have connected is listed there, with its status, and that is also where you connect something new or disconnect it again.
Before you start
- Your plan decides how many integrations you can have at once, and which kinds. If a connect button says your plan doesn't include it, check your plan.
- You need permission to manage integrations. If you can't see the page, ask an owner or admin.
If it doesn't work
- If a connection shows an error, open it and press Test — the message tells you what to fix.
- If a connection stops working after a while, the other service may have withdrawn access. Reconnect it from the same page.
- Removing an integration frees the slot for another one.
