Help is now built into your console
Open Help beside any page to find the right guide, message our support team or report a problem with a screenshot. Track every request and read our replies in one place.
Released 18 October 2026
Getting help no longer means leaving your work. Open Help next to any page, try the guides for that page, and if you're still stuck, tell our team without opening your email.
What's new
- Help, one key away. Click the Help tab on the right edge of the screen, or press ?. You'll also find Help in the menu under your name at the foot of the sidebar. The panel opens beside the page, so you can follow the steps as you read them. Any contact support link in an error opens it with the error filled in.
- Guides for the page you're on. Help suggests guides for the screen you're looking at and searches as you type. It forgives small spelling mistakes.
- Message support. Say what you were trying to do and choose a reply by email or WhatsApp. Help adds the details we need, such as the page and any error, and lists every one of them before you send. Phone numbers are masked.
- Report a problem with a screenshot. Help captures the page and paints over typed fields and phone numbers before anything leaves your screen. You can hide more or crop to the part that matters.
- Every request in one place. Your requests shows each reference, its status and our replies. A WhatsApp reply opens with the screenshot you sent, so you know straight away which problem it answers.
