Schedule a message
Pick a future date and time to send a message, with the cost reserved up front.
Scheduling lets you write a message now and send it later, so you can line up follow-ups for the perfect moment.
Steps
- Open the conversation and write your message.
- Find the clock or schedule option in the message box.
- Choose the date you want it to go out.
- Choose the time.
- Confirm the schedule.
- The message sends automatically at that time.
Your wallet reserves the cost
When you schedule a message, your wallet holds the cost up front so the send doesn't fail later for want of balance. Keep enough balance topped up and your scheduled messages go out on time.
If it doesn't work
- If scheduling is blocked, top up your wallet so the cost can be reserved.
- If the time looks wrong, check your timezone in Settings.
- If you change your mind, open the chat and edit or cancel the scheduled message.
