Send one approved template message to many contacts at once and pick your audience.
A broadcast sends one approved template message to many customers at once, so you can share an offer or update without messaging people one by one.
Steps
- Open WA.cr and go to Broadcasts.
- Tap New broadcast to start.
- Choose an approved template message to send.
- Fill in any details the template asks for.
- Pick your audience, such as a label or segment.
- Review the preview to check it reads well.
- Send now, or schedule it for later.
Pick the right audience
You can target everyone, or narrow the list to a single label or segment, like "new leads" or "repeat buyers". Smaller, more relevant audiences usually get better replies. Contacts who have opted out are skipped automatically, so you always respect their choice.
If it doesn't work
- If you can't pick a template, make sure it has been approved first.
- If your audience is empty, check that contacts carry the label or segment you chose.
- If sending fails, confirm your wallet has enough balance to cover the messages.
