How charges work
See how WA.cr charges per message from your wallet, with a platform fee and GST.
You pay as you send, so WA.cr takes a small charge from your wallet for each message, and shows it all clearly.
Steps
- Open WA.cr and go to Billing.
- Open your usage or activity view.
- See the messages you've sent.
- Check the charge taken for each.
- Watch your wallet balance go down as you send.
- Top up again whenever it runs low.
What makes up a charge
Each message you send is charged per message, with a small platform fee added. GST is added at the point of use, when you actually send. Because the money already sat in your wallet as an advance deposit, GST attaches on top at the moment of use, not when you topped up.
If it doesn't work
- If a charge looks wrong, open the message to see its breakdown.
- If your balance drops fast, check how many messages you're sending.
- If sending stops, top up your wallet to continue.
