Top up your wallet

Add money to your prepaid wallet so you have balance to send messages.

Your wallet is a prepaid balance that funds your sending, so top it up and you're ready to message customers.

Steps

  1. Open WA.cr and go to Billing.
  2. Open the wallet page.
  3. Tap Top up.
  4. Enter an amount, such as ₹499.
  5. Choose how you'd like to pay.
  6. Confirm and complete the payment.
  7. Check that your new balance shows.

How the wallet works

A wallet top-up is a GST-free advance deposit, so no GST is added when you add money. GST applies later, only on what you actually use. You get a Receipt when you top up, and your balance is ready to fund messages right away.

If it doesn't work

  • If the balance didn't update, wait a moment and refresh.
  • If a payment fails, try again or use another method.
  • If you can't top up, sign in as the Owner.
