- Open WA.cr and go to Billing.
- Open the plans page.
- Compare what each plan includes.
- Pick the plan that fits your needs.
- Confirm your choice.
- Top up your wallet to start sending.
The plans at a glance
There are five plans: Free, Starter, Growth, Scale and Partner. Free is a gentle starting point. Starter, Growth and Scale add more as your business grows. Partner suits resellers. Whichever you choose, your sending is funded by a prepaid wallet, and charges are taken per message you send.
If it doesn't work
- If you can't change plan, sign in as the Owner.
- If a plan looks out of reach, start lower and upgrade later.
- If you're unsure, begin on Free and watch how much you send.
