Change or cancel plan

Upgrade, downgrade or cancel your plan and understand when each change takes effect.

You can change your plan whenever you need, so move up to do more or step down to save, and WA.cr applies it at the right time.

Steps

  1. Open WA.cr and go to Billing.
  2. Open the plans page.
  3. Pick the plan you want to move to.
  4. Review when the change takes effect.
  5. Confirm the change.
  6. To cancel, choose the cancel option and confirm.

When changes apply

Upgrading takes effect now, and you're charged a prorated amount for the rest of the cycle. Downgrading takes effect at your next renewal, so you keep your current plan until then. There are no refunds for unused time, so plan changes are timed to be fair without credits back.

If it doesn't work

  • If you can't change plan, sign in as the Owner.
  • If an upgrade charge surprises you, remember it's prorated for the remaining days.
  • If a downgrade hasn't applied, it waits until your next renewal date.
