Your AI assistant can now work your WA.cr inbox
Connect Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or your own agent to WA.cr. It can find a conversation, read what the customer asked and reply on the channel they used — with your team's permissions and masking rules.

Your AI assistant can now look things up and act in WA.cr for you — find a customer's last question and answer it on the channel they used, without opening the inbox.
What's new
- Sign in from the assistant. In the Claude apps or ChatGPT, add
https://mcp.wa.cras a custom connector and sign in to WA.cr. A workspace owner or admin chooses which workspaces it may use and what it may do. - Or use an API key. Claude Code, Cursor, VS Code, Codex CLI, Gemini CLI and your own code connect with a key from Settings → Developer.
- Your rules still apply. The assistant gets only the access you approve, masked numbers stay masked, and every action is in the audit trail.
- Disconnect any time under Settings → Developer → Connected apps.
