Search the Auto Flows list by name, keyword, trigger or channel, filter it in one click, sort it, and share the exact view as a link.

Find the flow you want in seconds: search by what a flow listens for or where it starts, not only by its name.
What's new
- One search field that also filters. Type "pricing" to find the flow that replies to "pricing", even when it has another name. Type "paused" or "voice" and the matching filters are offered, each with how many flows it would show.
- Filters that fit your workspace. Open Filters to tick Status, Starts on, Trigger, Type and Activity. Only the groups that can narrow your list are shown, and every count is what you would see after ticking it.
- Each card says what starts it, for example WhatsApp · Keyword match or Voice call · Missed call, and why it matched your search.
- Sort the list by match order, recently edited, name or most runs.
- Share the view. Your search, filters and sort stay in the page address, so a reload keeps them and a link opens the same view for a teammate.
Worth knowing
- Press
/anywhere on the page to jump to the search field. Backspace in an empty field removes the last filter. - The filter panel starts closed. On a wide screen it opens beside your flows and stays open next time; on a tablet or phone it opens as a drawer.
- Search reads the draft. A trigger you changed but have not published yet is what the list searches.
