Pick the guest when you type an order, so their ticket reaches them
Orders > New order now has a Contact field. A ticket you type at the door gets its QR code and Wallet link once you mark it paid, like one paid in chat.
Released 15 October 2026
An order you type by hand can now carry its contact, so your order flows run for it too.
What's new
- Contact on New order — search your contacts by name or number and pick one. The order's flows message that contact.
- Tickets sold at the door — tick Event ticket, pick the guest, create the order, then open it and click Mark paid. Your 'Ticket issue' flow then sends the QR code and the Wallet link, the same as for a ticket paid in chat.
- A clear warning — an event ticket with no contact picked says that no flow can send it.
Worth knowing
- A new order starts unpaid, and the 'Ticket issue' flow runs when an order is paid, so nothing is sent until you click Mark paid. Take the money first.
- The field finds people already in your contacts. Add a walk-in guest in Contacts first.
- The contact's name never fills Customer name. Type the name the ticket should show.
- An order with no contact still works at the door: find it by its number in Orders and check the guest in.
