Write rich emails right from the chat
Reply to an email conversation with a proper rich-text editor, an HTML mode, and one-click interactive cards.

When you're in an email conversation, the message box now becomes a proper email editor — format your reply, expand it to full screen, drop in HTML, and add interactive cards.
- Rich text — headings, bold and italic, bullet and numbered lists, quotes and links, all as you type.
- Full-screen writing — expand the composer when you need more room, collapse it when you're done.
- HTML mode — switch to a code view to paste or hand-write email-safe HTML; we clean it before it sends.
- Interactive cards — add an Event, Order, Flight or Hotel card from the
+menu. Each one shows up as a neat block in the email and, in Gmail and Outlook, can light up as a highlight or action.
Email stays free to send and never uses a message window, so you can reply any time. Rich replies from broadcasts and automations are coming next.
