Name, brand and pause your email channels
Give a mailbox a display name and icon, add a signature to every email, and pause a noisy inbox so it can't flood your chats.

Your connected email mailboxes are now fully manageable — brand them, sign them, and pause the noisy ones.
Open Channels, pick an email mailbox and choose Manage:
- Name & icon — give the mailbox a friendly display name and a square logo. It shows up across the console, the chat sidebar and the sending-channel picker (it never changes what recipients see).
- Signature — write a signature once and it's added to the end of every email you send from that mailbox.
- Pause — pause a busy marketing inbox to stop new mail importing, so it can't flood your conversation list. Resume any time; nothing is lost.
- Default & remove — set your main outbound mailbox, or disconnect one (past messages are kept).
You can also drop an image straight into the email composer now — it travels inside the email, so it always shows up in your customer's inbox.
Email conversations stay free, and they don't count toward your Monthly Active Contacts.
