Import your past emails when you connect a mailbox
On Growth and up, pick a start date when connecting an email channel and WA.cr brings in your recent email history — in the background, matched to the right contact. Backfilled emails never trigger your automations. Now with Apple iCloud and Yahoo presets too.

Connect a mailbox and start with your history already in place — on Growth and above, choose a start date and WA.cr imports your recent email so past threads are here from day one.
What's new
- Pick a start date (Growth and up). When you connect an email channel, choose how far back to import — up to the last 12 months. Leave it blank to start fresh from now, exactly as before.
- It runs in the background. History imports gradually with a live progress bar on the channel, while new mail keeps arriving normally. There's nothing to wait for.
- Your automations stay quiet. Imported past emails never trigger auto-replies or Auto Flows — only genuinely new mail does. Bring in history without firing a single automation.
- More providers, one tap. The connect screen now has presets for Gmail, Outlook / Microsoft 365, Apple iCloud Mail, Yahoo Mail and Zoho Mail — each fills the server settings and links that provider's official setup guide (most need an app password).
- Email on your Channels page. Connected mailboxes now show up alongside WhatsApp and Instagram, each with its import progress.
Below Growth, mailboxes still connect and receive new mail from the moment you connect — the start-date option is a Growth feature.
