Voice agent time now shows on your wallet and invoice
When an AI voice agent answers or places a call on a line we run, its talk time is now taken from your wallet with GST on top, and shows as its own "Voice agent" line on your statement and monthly invoice.
Released 13 October 2026
The time an AI voice agent spends on your calls is now charged as its own line, so you can see exactly what each agent call cost.
What's new
- One line per agent call — when a call with an agent on it ends, the agent's talk time is taken from your wallet, with GST on top, as Voice agent on your wallet statement.
- Its own line on your monthly invoice — agent time is listed separately from your call minutes.
- The phone line is unchanged — the call itself is still charged at your usual per-minute rate, exactly as if a person had answered it.
Worth knowing
- Only the agent's own time counts. On a call that started in a menu and was handed to the agent part-way, the menu the agent never heard is not agent time.
- Calls the agent never connected cost nothing. An unanswered or busy attempt has no agent time.
- Running the agent on your own agent account? Then that account's provider bills you for it, and we charge nothing for agent time.
