See every schedule of organic posts, and clear out the one you don't want

An AI campaign's organic posts now open with a Schedules strip that shows each set of posts as a tag you can act on, cancels a whole set in one step, and warns you when two posts on one network land within an hour.

Released 13 October 2026

Every plan of organic posts is now a set you can see at a glance, narrow down to, add beside, or cancel in one step, and WA.cr tells you when two posts would land too close together.

What's new

  • A Schedules strip above your posts — in an AI campaign's Launch → Organic posts, each set is a tag in its own colour with its letter, its first and last day, its networks, its posts counted as drafts, scheduled, reminded, posted and cancelled, and the next post due.
  • A tag on every post — each post's card carries a small tag with its set's letter, or a blank one for a post you added by hand.
  • Show only this set — narrows the posts, Schedule all and the editor to one set; Show all sets puts everything back.
  • Cancel set or Delete drafts — Cancel set deletes the set's drafts and cancels its scheduled posts, so nobody is reminded; Delete drafts removes only the drafts. Both ask first, right under the tag, and posted posts always stay.
  • Add a set — plan a second set beside the current one, for example a different language, without moving anything already planned. Change still replaces a set.
  • Earlier sets — replaced and cancelled sets fold away under Earlier sets, newest first. A replaced set that still has posts to come stays in view with an amber note, so a schedule left running is easy to spot and cancel.
  • A warning when posts clash — two posts of one campaign on the same network less than an hour apart get a red ×2 on their cards, a note such as "Two LinkedIn posts within an hour: Thu 15 Oct, 10:00. Move or cancel one.", and a line on their sets' tags.
  • Your sets on the calendar — on Ads → Calendar, each post carries its set's tag, a Set filter appears once you pick a campaign, and a compact Schedules strip above the grid lists every campaign's current sets with the next post due; click a line to see only that set.

Worth knowing

  • A clash is only a warning. Nothing stops you scheduling or posting either post; you decide whether to move one, cancel one or keep both.
  • Only the same network counts. A LinkedIn post and an Instagram post at the same time never clash, and posts exactly an hour apart are fine.
  • Posts added one by one are listed on their own, under Added one by one, each with Open to edit it.
  • Viewing only? Anyone who can view Marketing sees the strip and can use Show only this set; changing a set needs Manage Marketing and an active Marketing plan or add-on.
