Track contacts through every stage of your sales process

Give your workspace its own lifecycle stages — New Lead, Hot Lead, Customer, whatever fits — put every contact on exactly one, and work the whole book as a drag-and-drop board.

Your contacts now have a lifecycle — one clear stage each, from first enquiry to paying customer.

What's new

  • Stages you define — set up your own process in Settings → Lifecycle: name each stage, give it an emoji and a colour, and drag it into the order you actually sell in. Contacts who drop out go into separate Lost stages, so your pipeline stays a pipeline. Not sure where to start? Begin from a suggested set and edit it to fit.
  • One stage per contact — unlike lists, which a chat can be on several of, a contact sits at exactly one stage. That's what makes the numbers mean something.
  • A board you can drag — Contacts → Lifecycle board shows a column per stage with live counts. Drag a card to move someone along, or use "Move to…" if you'd rather not drag. It works on a phone too.
  • Find anyone on the board — search by name, phone or email and every column narrows to the matches, counts included, so you can see at a glance which stage someone is sitting in. Columns open with ten cards and load more as you need them.
  • Broadcast to a stage — a segment rule can now ask where someone is in your pipeline, so you can message "everyone in Negotiation" and, because segments are re-checked when you send, it reaches whoever is in Negotiation at that moment.
  • Change it wherever you are — from the chat thread, the contact's record, or the board. Every change is recorded in your activity log. In a chat the stage is the first pill above the thread, ahead of the assignee and your lists.
  • Filter your inbox by stage — a Stage filter next to the number filter turns the chat list into "everyone waiting at this point in the process", so you can work one stage at a time.
  • See it on the contact — the contact's Details tab shows the stage alongside Tags and Status, and the pencil in the contacts table now opens the contact's own screen, where everything about them can be edited in one place.
  • Your automations can move it — an Auto Flow can advance someone when they reply or pay, and each drip step can move them along when it sends.
  • Nobody gets lost — new contacts start at the stage you nominate, and deleting a stage moves its contacts back to the starting stage rather than losing them.

Owners and Managers set the stages up; agents can move contacts along. Both are adjustable per role in Settings → Roles.
