Your templates appear as soon as you connect a number
Connecting a WhatsApp number now brings its approved message templates in automatically — no more empty templates page until you press Sync.

Connect a WhatsApp number and its approved templates are just there — no empty page, no wondering where your templates went.
What's new
- Templates load at connect — the moment your number finishes connecting, we fetch its approved message templates from WhatsApp and fill your library. Previously the templates page stayed empty until someone found the Sync button, which could read as your templates having disappeared.
- Reconnecting refreshes them too — reconnect a number and its library is brought up to date at the same time.
- The Sync button still works exactly as before — use it any time a template's status looks stale, or after making changes in Meta Business Manager.
- Nothing to do on your side — numbers you've already connected keep their libraries; this changes what happens for new connections.
