Products from your store bring their description
A product synced from Shopify or WooCommerce now arrives with its description, and Publish to WhatsApp sends it to your WhatsApp catalogue.

A product you sync from your Shopify or WooCommerce store now arrives in Products with its description, and Publish to WhatsApp carries that description to your WhatsApp catalogue.
What's new
- The description comes with the product. Every store sync now brings in each product's description along with its name, price, image and stock.
- It reads cleanly. Your store keeps descriptions as formatted web text. WA.cr keeps the paragraphs, line breaks and bullet points, and drops the formatting a chat can't show.
- Publish to WhatsApp sends it. A customer opening the product in your WhatsApp catalogue sees the same description as on your store.
Worth knowing
- Products already in your WhatsApp catalogue get their description there after you Sync the store and then Publish to WhatsApp again. Nothing updates them on its own yet.
- Your store stays in charge. Change a description on your store and the next sync brings the change in. Remove it there and it's removed in WA.cr too.
- No new permission is needed. Your store connection already lets WA.cr read products.
