See whether a payment request was paid

Every payment request you sent read "Pending" in the conversation — and went on reading pending for the rest of its life. One that was paid an hour later looked exactly like one whose payment had failed. The card now tells you which of the two actually happened.

What's new

• The card shows where the order really got to — Awaiting payment, Payment processing, Paid, Payment failed, Refunded, or Canceled. The word you see is the order's state right now, not the state it was in the second you sent it.
• It updates while you are looking at it — if a customer pays while you have the conversation open, the card turns green on its own. No refresh, no reopening the chat.
• Once the money is in, it follows the order onward — a paid order that you then ship reads Shipped, and Completed when it is done. The card keeps up with the order rather than stopping at the payment.
• A paid order never says "Pending" again — an order that is paid but not yet packed still reads Paid, because "Pending" on a paid invoice reads like the money is in doubt.
• A cancelled order says so — unless you refunded it, in which case it reads Refunded, since money you owe back is the more useful thing to see at a glance.

What you sent is still exactly what you sent. The message itself is untouched — the status is read from the order the message asked for, so your record of the conversation stays true to the word you actually sent your customer.
