See whether your WhatsApp number can actually send
The account health panel on each channel now shows the whole picture from WhatsApp — sending status, your limits, your account and business IDs, and a time zone you can read.
Your channel's "Account health" panel was only ever showing you half of what WhatsApp knows. Now it shows all of it.
What's new
- Can this number send, right now? — a plain answer at the top of the panel, straight from WhatsApp, along with the reasons if the answer is no.
- Your real sending limits — how many people you can start conversations with in 24 hours, and your throughput, instead of a row of dashes.
- Your Business ID — alongside your phone number, phone number ID and WhatsApp account ID. Handy when you're talking to us or to WhatsApp about your account.
- Your marketing status — whether your account is set up for marketing messages, and who your account is held on behalf of.
- A time zone you can read — this used to show as a bare number, like "71". It now says what it means: Asia/Kolkata.
- Your phone number in the heading — so you can see which number you're looking at without hunting for it.
- If WhatsApp doesn't answer in full, we say so — rather than quietly leaving rows out and letting a gap look like an answer.
