See every add-on, and what your plan already includes
Billing now lists every add-on WA.cr offers, with a clear Included badge on anything your plan already covers — so you are never asked to pay twice for something you already have.

Your Billing page used to show a single add-on. It now shows them all — and anything your plan already includes is clearly marked, with no price and nothing to buy.
What's new
- Every add-on in one place. Settings → Billing lists the full range of extras: Appointments, Marketing, Units, the Meta Business Agent, AI Assistants, Voice-note transcription, Number Rental, Guided Onboarding and Managed Setup. Before, only Appointments appeared, so there was no way to see what else was available.
- "Included" means included. If your plan covers an add-on — or we have enabled it for your workspace — the card says so and shows no price. Previously a workspace on a plan that already had Appointments was still shown a monthly rate and an "Add" button for it.
- You cannot be charged twice. Adding an add-on your plan already covers is now refused outright, not just hidden. If your plan changes while you are on the page, it will tell you rather than take the payment.
- Each card says where you stand. Whether an add-on is included, currently rented, awaiting payment, ending at the end of its period, or available on request — it is on the card, along with the renewal date where there is one.
- A rental you already hold stays visible, even once it becomes included. If your plan changes — or we switch something on for your workspace — an add-on you were already paying for does not stop on its own. The card now shows that charge beside the Included badge, with the amount, how often it renews and whether it is already ending, and it keeps the Stop renewing button so you can end it yourself whenever you want to.
Worth knowing
- Renting an add-on still never changes your plan. Add-ons sit beside your plan, on their own billing, exactly as before.
- Your rate is still locked at the price you bought it. If we reprice an add-on later, a rental you already hold keeps the rate it started on, and the card shows you both figures.
- Not everything is buyable in-app. Some add-ons are priced but arranged with us directly — those cards say "Available on request" instead of offering a button.
