A one-click Reconnect for Instagram
When an Instagram account's access expires, its channel page now shows a Reconnect button that signs in again and gets messages flowing — without losing any chat history.
If an Instagram account ever needs re-authorising, you can now fix it in one click. The channel's page shows a clear Reconnect button that signs you in again and gets messages flowing.
What's new
- When an account shows Reconnect required, its page now has a prominent Reconnect banner and button — before, there was no way to act on the warning.
- Reconnecting signs you in to the same account again and refreshes its access; your chat history and settings are kept exactly as they were.
- There's also a quieter Reconnect account link in the Connection panel so you can refresh access at any time, before it expires.
- If sign-in with Facebook can't find your account, the message now tells you exactly what to check — tick your Page and its linked Instagram account, and allow the requested permissions.
