Reconnect a WhatsApp number to refresh its access
If a connected number's access goes stale, you can now re-authorise it from "Connect with Facebook" — it refreshes the number in place and keeps all your chats and settings.
If a WhatsApp number's connection ever goes stale, you can now refresh it in a couple of taps — without losing anything.
What's new
- In Connect with Facebook, a number that's already on your workspace now shows a Reconnect button (it used to be greyed out as "Connected" and couldn't be picked).
- Tapping it re-authorises the number in place — it refreshes the access token and re-registers the number — while keeping all its chats, contacts and settings.
- This is the quickest way to fix a number you first connected by pasting an access token, if that access later stops working.
