Pause any Meta campaign, or lower its budget, from WA.cr
The campaigns you already run on Meta — not only the ads you made in WA.cr — now have a Pause button and a daily-budget control in Marketing → Campaigns.
Released 6 October 2026
Stopping spend no longer means opening Meta Ads Manager. Any campaign, ad set or ad that WA.cr syncs from your Meta ad account can now be paused, or have its daily budget lowered, right where you read its results.
What's new
- Pause anything you see in Campaigns — a campaign, an ad set or a single ad, from Marketing → Campaigns or the campaign's own page. It works on every campaign WA.cr syncs from your ad account, not only on ads you created here.
- Lower a daily budget — on the campaign or ad set that holds it. When the budget is set on a different level from the row you are looking at, WA.cr says where it is.
- Checked with Meta first — before anything changes, WA.cr reads the campaign again from Meta. If its budget was changed somewhere else since your page loaded, you see the new amount and confirm again.
- One confirmation, on the record — every change shows the before and after, and is recorded with who made it.
Worth knowing
- Who can use it — people with Manage marketing permission, on ad accounts shared with WA.cr's Business Manager at Advertiser level or higher. Meta refuses changes on an account shared as View performance, and WA.cr tells you how to raise the share. An account connected with Sign in with Facebook is view only.
- Stopping never waits on your plan — as with Pause on ads you create here, pausing and lowering a budget keep working if your Marketing add-on lapses.
- Resuming and raising a budget stay in Meta Ads Manager for now.
