Rent a number once a year, on its own date
A rented number is now paid for a year at a time and renews once a year on the day you rented it, separate from your plan. India businesses finish KYC right on the rent screen.

One payment now covers a rented number for a whole year, and it renews once a year on the day you rented it — no more working out how the rent lines up with your plan.
What's new
- Rented by the year. When you rent a number you pay any one-time setup cost plus 12 months of rent, with GST on top. The price is still shown per month, so you can compare numbers at a glance.
- Its own renewal date. Each number renews once a year on the day you rented it, for another 12 months, whatever plan you're on. Changing or renewing your plan doesn't move it.
- Numbers you already rent are unchanged. They keep billing exactly as they did before.
- KYC first, right on the rent screen. Businesses in India are asked to finish their business KYC before renting. If yours isn't done yet, the rent screen says so and opens the form there, instead of ending in a vague payment error.
- No more blank screen when you pay. Choosing how to pay no longer jumps the page to a blank screen.
