Low-balance warnings now count your calls
If calls were what ran your wallet down, your automatic top-up never ran and the low-balance warning never arrived. Both now work exactly as they do for messages.
Released 17 August 2026
If calls were what ran your wallet low, nobody told you. Your automatic top-up did not run even when you had set one up, and the "your balance is low" notice never arrived — while the very same wallet, run down by messages instead, got both.
What's new
- Your low-balance warning now arrives whatever ran the balance down — calls count towards it exactly as messages always have. If your balance is heading for zero, you hear about it while you can still do something about it.
- Automatic top-up runs on calls too — if you have set one up, a call that takes you low now triggers it, instead of letting the balance drift down unnoticed.
- An incoming call is still always answered — even if your balance has run out. A missed customer costs you far more than a late top-up, so the line stays up and the warning catches up behind it.
What you are charged for a call is unchanged. The money always came out of your wallet correctly — what was missing was being told that it had.
