Let customers book their own appointments
Publish a booking page, let customers pick a slot themselves, and get a confirmed appointment in your diary without a single message back and forth.
Released 16 August 2026
If you sell time rather than goods, your customers can now book it themselves. List what you offer, say who does it and when they work, and WA.cr gives you a booking page your customers fill in on their own — no phone tag, no "what about Thursday?".
Here is what you get:
- A booking page of your own — your customer picks a service, a person and a time, and confirms it. It is part of your storefront, so it carries your name and your colours.
- Everyone on the team has their own day — a salon with four chairs or a clinic with three doctors is one diary, not four. Each person keeps their own hours, breaks and days off.
- Two people can never get the same slot — this is not a check we run and hope wins the race. Whoever is second is simply told the time has just gone, whether they booked from your website, from the console or over the counter.
- We check the phone number first — a customer confirms theirs with a one-time code before the appointment is made, so the number in your diary is one that actually rings.
- A confirmation email that behaves properly — the appointment attaches straight to their calendar, and if they cancel it comes back out again instead of leaving a ghost in their week.
- They can cancel without messaging you — a link on the confirmation lets them check or cancel their own booking, within whatever notice period you set.
- The counter uses the same diary — bookings your receptionist takes run through the same engine, so nobody is ever offered a time a customer could not have had.
Setting it up is a checklist. Go to Settings → Appointments and answer the rows in any order — you can leave halfway and come back. Nothing is shown to a customer until you press the button, and your public booking page is switched on separately from the diary, so you can run appointments internally first.
Appointments are included on Growth and above. On the plans below, you can add them on monthly or annually, priced pro-rata to the rest of your billing period — so you only pay for the time left and everything renews on one date. If an add-on ends, your diary does not vanish: you can still open it and see everything already booked, you just cannot take new bookings until it is added back.
