Find out what else your workspace can do — starting with what you already pay for
A new Explore page lists every capability your workspace could be using, leading with the ones your plan already includes and nobody has switched on yet.
There is more in your workspace than the sidebar shows. Explore lists all of it — and puts what you are already paying for at the top.
What's new
- Explore, in the sidebar — a new row at the foot, above Billing, open to everyone in the workspace. It answers a question the console could not answer before: what else could this business be doing here.
- "Ready to switch on" comes first — anything your plan already includes and nobody has set up yet. If your plan covers appointments and no diary has ever been opened, that is money you are spending on something you are not using, so it leads the page and its button goes to the setup screen rather than to billing.
- Cards sit under the same headings as your sidebar — Customers, Campaigns, Automation, Sales — so the moment something is switched on you already know where to find it.
- Search finds things you do not have yet — press ⌘K (Ctrl+K on Windows) and type. Searching for ads on a workspace without ads reporting used to find nothing at all; now it returns the card that explains what it is.
- Locked pages explain the feature instead of announcing its absence — every page behind something your workspace does not have now opens with what the capability does, and puts the plan detail underneath. Where something is not ours to sell you in the console, there is a line telling you the arrangement rather than a button that leads nowhere.
Nothing you can already see has been taken away. A workspace that has stopped paying for something keeps everything it collected while it did.
