A simpler sidebar, and every area now has its own tabs
The console sidebar is reorganised around four jobs instead of thirty-five links, and each area — Contacts, Calls, Ads, Forms, Automations, AI, Orders, Appointments — now has a row of tabs at the top of the page for everything inside it.
Released 29 August 2026
The sidebar was thirty-five links deep and did not fit a laptop screen. It is now sixteen, grouped by what you are trying to do — and everything that moved out of it has a tab at the top of the page it belongs to.
What's new
- Four groups instead of a long list — Customers, Campaigns, Automation and Sales, with Home above them and Billing and Settings pinned at the bottom so they never scroll away. On a 1366×768 laptop the old sidebar addressed more rows than the screen had room for, which is why the Settings menu used to open off the edge of the display.
- Tabs at the top of every area — Contacts opens with People, Segments, Lifecycle, Custom fields, Imports and Stages setup. Calls has Call log, Numbers and Voice agents. Ads, Forms, Automations, AI Assistants, Orders and Appointments each have their own. The tabs stay put while the page scrolls, and stay with you when you open a single record.
- Everything is reachable on a phone — the sub-pages that used to sit behind a hover menu had no tap path at all on a touch screen. The new tabs work the same on a phone as on a laptop.
- A few clearer names — Marketing is now Ads, which is what that section actually is: Meta ad accounts, campaigns and click-to-WhatsApp leads. Drip has moved in alongside Auto Flows under Automations, and WhatsApp Flows now sits beside Forms.
No page has moved, so every link you have bookmarked still works. If you know what you are looking for, ⌘K (Ctrl+K on Windows) still jumps straight to it.
