Every payment you started is now listed
A new Payment attempts tab in Billing shows every top-up you began and what became of it — paid, failed, cancelled or still waiting — with the reason and a way to finish or cancel the ones left open.
Released 3 September 2026
Billing used to show you the payments that worked. Now it shows you all of them, so a top-up that failed or never finished is something you can see and act on rather than guess about.
What's new
- A new Payment attempts tab. Open Billing and you will find it beside Billing history. Every wallet top-up you have ever started is listed, newest first, whatever happened to it.
- You can see what went wrong. Each attempt carries its outcome — Success, Failed, Couldn't start, Cancelled, Incomplete or Refunded — along with how you tried to pay and, where there is one, the reason it did not go through.
- Finish or clear the ones still open. An attempt left waiting gets two buttons. Check status asks your bank or payment provider what became of it and settles it there and then. Cancel closes it off so it stops sitting in your list.
- A reference you can quote. Every attempt shows a short reference under the amount. If you ever need to ask us about a payment, that is the thing to send.
Worth knowing
- Nothing here charges you. The tab is a record of attempts. Checking the status of an open attempt only asks what already happened; it never starts a new payment.
- A failed attempt never took your money. If an attempt shows as Failed or Couldn't start, nothing left your account for it. You are safe to try again.
- Billing history still works the way it did. It defaults to successful charges and covers your whole bill, including messages and calls. Payment attempts is the narrower view, for money coming in.
