Compare plans side by side
The pricing page now has a comparison chart that folds away everything the plans share, so you only read what actually differs — plus a rate card for the charges that are not messages.
Released 22 August 2026
Four plan cards told you what each plan had, but not what made them different. There is now a comparison chart that hides every row the plans agree on, so what is left on screen is the choice you are actually making.
What's new
- A comparison chart under the plans. Twenty-three rows across seven groups — team and channels, conversations and billing, automation, AI, branding, integrations. Rows that read the same on every plan are folded away by default, with a count so you can see how many and open them up.
- Choose which plans to hold side by side. On a phone the chart shows two plans at a time and lets you pick which two, rather than making you scroll a wide table sideways.
- Hover any row for what it means. The rows that are easy to misread — active conversations, pooled channels, per-message markup — carry a short explanation.
- Add-ons and usage rates in one place. A new section lists what an extra active conversation costs, what voice-note transcription costs per minute, and what a rented number costs per month. These are the charges that come off your wallet alongside your messages.
Clearer about what you are charged
- One conversation number, not three. The cards used to show a conversations figure, an included-messages figure and an active-conversations figure. Only the last one is a real allowance, so it is the only one we show now.
- An active conversation is one contact, once a month. However many messages you swap with someone in a calendar month, that is one active conversation. Sending a broadcast to people who never reply does not use them up.
- There is no bundled message pool. Every message is billed at Meta's rate for that country plus your plan's markup, from your prepaid wallet — so you pay for what you actually send. The estimator on the same page works out what that comes to for your volume.
