Both AI helpers are now on every plan

Meta Business Agent and Zapuu AI writing help are included on every plan, from the free tier up — no add-on to buy, and nothing new to switch on.

The AI that answers your customers and the AI that helps your team write are both included on every plan now — you no longer buy access to either.

What's new

  • Meta Business Agent is on every plan. It used to start at Growth, and anyone below that added it for ₹1,000 a month. That charge is gone: every plan, from the free tier up, can turn the agent on and let it answer customers in your WhatsApp thread.
  • Zapuu AI writing help is on every plan too. It drafts, rewrites and polishes replies for your team without leaving the conversation — reword it, soften the tone, make it shorter, translate it — and the result lands back in your own composer for you to read before you send.
  • They are two different things, on purpose. Zapuu AI helps your team write. Meta Business Agent talks to your customers. You can use either, both, or neither.
  • The pricing page says so. Both now appear as features on every plan card and as rows in the comparison chart, instead of sitting in the add-ons band below.

What you are charged

  • Access costs nothing extra. Usage is unchanged. Every message the Meta Business Agent sends is still billed from your prepaid wallet at the published per-message rate, plus your plan's markup — exactly as before. Including access does not make the messages free.
  • Writing help is not charged to your wallet. It rewrites a draft you have already typed; it never speaks to a customer. There is a fair-use limit of 60 rewrites per person per hour so one busy teammate cannot lock the rest of the team out.
  • The bigger agent features are still Scale. Connectors, evaluations and agent events — the parts that let the agent act inside your own systems rather than only answer in the thread — stay on Scale.

If you were already paying for agent access

Nothing has been cancelled or changed on your account automatically. If you hold a monthly Meta Business Agent add-on, talk to us and we will sort it out with you rather than making that decision on your behalf.
