An Enterprise plan you can ask about

The pricing page now has an Enterprise tier for teams past the top plan, with a short form that gets you a quote built on your actual volume — and the option to book a call there and then.

Released 22 August 2026

If your volume is past the top plan, there was nothing on the pricing page for you. There is now an Enterprise tier — priced on what you actually send, quoted after one conversation.

What's new

  • An Enterprise band under the plan cards. Volume pricing across messages, voice and AI; several workspaces or brands under one agreement; custom integrations onto our developer API; onboarding run with your team; and GST invoicing that fits how your procurement works.
  • A short form, not a contact box. Six quick things — who you are, what your business does, what matters most to you, and roughly how many messages a month. It takes about two minutes, and it means the first conversation starts from your situation rather than from scratch.
  • Book a call instead, if you would rather talk. Pick a slot that suits you and we will walk through your setup live. You can do this before or after sending the form.
  • Jump straight to any section. The pricing page now has the same navigation dots as the home page, so you can go from the plans to the comparison chart, the estimator or the add-on rates without scrolling past them.

Also fixed

  • The plans in your account no longer promise a message bundle. When picking a plan you used to see "N messages / month", which was never how billing worked — every message is charged as you send it. Those screens now show the number that is real: how many active conversations a month your plan includes.
