Writing help in the message box, on every plan
Reword, soften, shorten or translate your own draft before you send it — now available to every workspace.
Released 21 August 2026
Type your reply, then let the message box tidy it up — reword it, make it warmer, cut it shorter, or put it in another language. You read the result and press Send yourself.
- Reword it — the same message, said better.
- Soften the tone — useful when the reply has to hold a line without sounding sharp.
- Make it shorter — long explanations trimmed to something a customer will actually read.
- Translate it — write in the language you think in, send in the language they read.
Nothing is sent on your behalf. Writing help only ever works on the draft sitting in your message box, and the rewrite lands back in the box for you to check, edit or undo before anything goes out. If you don't like it, one tap puts your own words back.
It is free, and it is now on every plan. Writing help is a typing aid over words you already wrote, so it costs your workspace nothing and is not counted against anything. Anyone on your team who can send in the inbox will see it; view-only members won't.
