Clearer contact sources, and one channel allowance for everything
The contact book now names exactly where each contact came from — WhatsApp, Instagram, WooCommerce, Shopify — and your plan's channel slots work across every channel type.
Two small things that remove daily friction: you can see where every contact came from at a glance, and your plan's channel slots are yours to spend on any mix of channels.
What's new
- Sources say the channel, not "Chat" — a contact created from an inbound message now shows WhatsApp with the brand mark (Instagram, WooCommerce and Shopify were already named). The source filter gains the missing options too, so you can filter your book by any channel or store.
- Rounded marks in rounded pills — the WooCommerce and Shopify marks in the contact book are now neat circles, matching the pill they sit in.
- One pooled channel allowance — if your plan includes 5 channels, that can be 3 WhatsApp numbers + 2 Instagram accounts, or any other mix. Channel slots are no longer split by type.
