Channels gets its own home — with health at a glance and a pause switch
Channels moves out of Settings into its own section, with an overview that shows every connected account's health, a full page per channel, and a reversible way to pause a WhatsApp number.
Your connected channels are no longer buried in Settings. A new Channels section shows every account's health at a glance — and lets you pause a number without disconnecting it.
What's new
- A top-level Channels section — Channels now lives in the main sidebar, not under Settings. The overview leads with your numbers that need attention (each linking straight to its page), then a summary card per platform — WhatsApp, Instagram, and whatever comes next — showing the connected accounts themselves with a health dot for each.
- A full page per channel — clicking a channel opens a dedicated page instead of a stack of pop-ups. For a WhatsApp number that means its live health snapshot (quality, messaging limits, verification), profile and branding, and every management action in one place; for an Instagram account, its connection details and the comments & mentions toggles.
- Pause a WhatsApp number ("Inactive") — need a number to stop sending without disconnecting it? Mark it Inactive: new outbound messages and broadcasts skip it, but replies keep arriving so nothing is lost. Flip it back on any time — no confirmation dance, nothing to reconnect.
- Alerts land you in the right place — a channel notification (say, an Instagram reconnect reminder) now links directly to that account's page, so the fix is one tap away.
Old links to the Settings → Channels page redirect automatically, so nothing you've bookmarked breaks.
