Choose what your store brings in
Connecting a Shopify or WooCommerce store now asks what to bring in — products, orders, contacts — and how many products. A Shopify store now brings in up to 2,000 products.

When you connect a Shopify or WooCommerce store, you now choose what comes across — and a Shopify store brings in twice as many products.
What's new
- Pick what to bring in — Products, Orders and Contacts. Tick any of them, as long as you tick one. Products are shown and sent from chats; each new order lands in the buyer's chat and you can mark it fulfilled from WA.cr; your store's customers become contacts.
- All your products, or a set number — bring in everything, or just your most recent ones, say your 250 newest. A sync stops exactly at the number you choose.
- Up to 2,000 products from Shopify — up from 1,000. WooCommerce stays at 1,000 a sync.
- Change your mind later — open the store's card on Integrations, then the gear for What to sync. A new number applies from the next sync.
A store you have already connected keeps what it brings in today. Re-approving it from your store's admin does not change your choices either.
