Act on many chats at once from your inbox
Turn on selection from the ⋮ menu, tap each contact's photo to tick it, then archive, mark read or unread, add to a list or assign an agent — for all the chats you picked in one go.

What's new
- Start selecting from the ⋮ menu — open the More options menu above your conversation list and choose Select conversations.
- The contact photo is the checkbox — tap a chat to tick it (a check appears over the photo). Tap again to untick. Use Select all to grab everything in the current view.
- Do it in bulk — with your chats selected, Archive, Mark read or unread, add them to a List, or Assign an agent — applied to every selected chat together.
- Only what you can already do — each action shows only if you have permission for it, exactly like the single-chat menu. Adding a list keeps each chat's existing lists.
- Works everywhere — the same on desktop, tablet and phone.
