Booking confirmations now look like you sent them

The email a customer gets after booking carries your workspace name, your brand colour and a proper button to view or cancel — and inboxes show it as a booking card rather than plain text.

Released 17 August 2026

The confirmation email a customer gets after booking is now your workspace's own, not a plain block of text. It carries your name at the top, your brand colour as the accent, and a proper button to view or cancel the booking.

What's new

  • A confirmation that carries your brand — your workspace name, your colour, the service, who it is with, the time in your workspace's time zone and the booking code, laid out to read at a glance.
  • A working button to view or cancel — the link goes to your own booking page, on your workspace's own address.
  • Inboxes show it as a booking card — the email now tells mail apps who is delivering the appointment, where you can be booked again and a postal address when you publish one, so it can appear as an appointment card with buttons instead of plain text. A booking that has already been cancelled no longer offers a cancel button.
  • A preview line worth reading — the line inboxes show under the subject now tells the customer when the appointment is, instead of repeating the subject back at them.
  • Bookings taken at the counter get the same email — an appointment your team enters from the diary now sends the customer the same confirmation and calendar invite a customer booking themselves would get, and cancelling it from the console tells them too.

If you have taken bookings already, send those customers their link again. Confirmations sent before this release pointed at an address that does not open, and they cannot be repaired in place.
