Your forms can book appointments
Add a Book appointment question to any form — visitors pick a time from your diary while they fill it in, and the booking is made the moment they send it.
Released 14 October 2026
A form can now book the appointment as well as take the enquiry: visitors pick a time from your diary, and the booking is made the moment they send the form.
What's new
- A Book appointment question. In the form builder, add Book appointment and choose the service — and, if you like, one person or one venue. Visitors see the same open times your booking page shows.
- Booked when the form is sent. The time is booked at the same moment the response is saved. If someone else took it a moment earlier, nothing is half-saved: the visitor is told the time has gone and picks another.
- One confirmation, not two. Visitors get your booking confirmation email in place of the form's own email to them. Your team's email still goes.
- Always a contact. Every response that books is linked to the visitor's contact — created if they are new — and the appointment carries the same contact, so reminders and Auto Flows reach the right person.
Worth knowing
- A verified phone number is required. A form that books needs a required Name question and a required Phone question with Verify with a one-time code on. The builder tells you if either is missing.
- Approval still applies. For a service you approve by hand, visitors see requested, not confirmed, until you decide.
- Your plan needs Appointments, with your booking page open, for the question to appear.
