Your emails can wear your own header and footer
Each email mailbox can now send in Simple email, as before, or in Custom — your logo, colours, footer note and links around every email it sends.

Every email mailbox can now choose Simple email or Custom, so the emails you send carry your own logo, colours and footer.
What's new
- Simple email. Your message and signature exactly as you write them. This is what every mailbox already sends, and it stays the default.
- Custom. Upload a logo and an icon for the mailbox, pick your colours, and add a footer note and up to four links. They go around every email the mailbox sends: replies from your inbox, automations, forms and drip emails.
- Your own HTML. On Scale and Enterprise, write the header and footer in HTML. Anything email apps can't run safely is removed for you.
- See it before you send it. A live preview shows a reply and a marketing email as they will arrive, and a test email goes to your own address through the mailbox itself.
Worth knowing
- Find it under Channels, then your mailbox, then Header & footer.
- Custom is on paid plans. On the Base plan, emails end with a small "Powered by WA.cr" line under your signature; upgrading removes it.
- Marketing emails always end with the Unsubscribe link and your registered business details, after your footer.
