Your booking page shows the times you are free
A booking page could offer no times at all when a service happened somewhere other than your main venue — a video call or a phone appointment especially. Free times now appear, taken ones read as taken, and a day with nothing left is greyed out.
Released 28 August 2026
If your booking page showed "no times available" on every date, it was not your rota — it was a service offered somewhere your working hours did not appear to reach.
What's new
- Working hours that name no place now count everywhere you offer the service. Hours saved without a venue used to be treated as your main venue only, so a service you offer only on video or only by phone found none of its own hours and came back empty — on every date, indefinitely. Those hours now apply at whatever venues the service is actually offered at.
- Taken times are shown as taken. A time somebody has already booked appears struck through and cannot be tapped, so a busy morning reads as a busy morning instead of looking like you do not work then.
- Days with nothing left are greyed out. The row of dates now shows at a glance which days are worth tapping, and it opens on the first day that has something free rather than on a closed today.
Worth knowing
- Hours that do name a venue behave exactly as before. If you saved Mondays at the clinic, a service you do not offer at the clinic still will not appear on a Monday. Only hours left without a venue changed meaning.
- Customers in other countries see your days. The dates are now cut in your workspace's time zone, so someone booking from abroad sees your Tuesday under the Tuesday heading rather than their own.
- Nothing to switch on. If your booking page was already offering times, it carries on as it was.
