Shared Instagram posts now show up in your chats
When a customer shares one of your Instagram posts or reels into a DM, the chat now shows the post's picture, title and a link to open it — instead of a blank "New message".
When a customer shares one of your Instagram posts or reels into a direct message, you now see the post — its picture, title and a link to open it — right in the chat.
What's new
- A shared post now shows a proper card with the post title and thumbnail (tap to enlarge), plus a View on Instagram link that opens the original in a new tab.
- Previously these messages came through blank as "New message" with nothing to see.
- Chats that already had a shared post now show its title too — no need to re-sync.
