Contacts now remember every channel and number they reached you on — so you can see, for example, which of your WhatsApp numbers a customer first messaged, and when.
What's new
- A contact's page now shows a "Seen via" list when they've reached you on more than one source.
- Each entry records the channel (WhatsApp, Instagram, your store), which number or account, and the date.
- When you merge two contacts, all their sources are kept — nothing gets dropped.
- It builds up from each contact's next message onward.
