See every appointment service at a glance
Appointments → Services now shows each service as a card — how long it takes, what it costs, who performs it and where — and opens one editor with everything about it.

Appointments → Services now shows everything a customer can book as a set of cards, and each card opens one editor for that service.
What's new
- One card per service. Each card shows how long the service takes (with any time kept free before or after), its price and how it is paid, who performs it and where it is offered.
- Spot what can't be booked. A service nobody is assigned to is marked Nobody assigned, with an Assign staff button that takes you straight to it.
- Everything about a service in one place. Timing, how often start times are offered, notice, how far ahead people can book, price and payment, approval, party size, who performs it and where it is offered — one page, one Save.
- Save a service before anyone is assigned. You can now set a service up first and assign people later. It stays unbookable until someone is assigned, and you still can't go live while an active service has nobody.
- A booking code for each service. Give a service a short code such as HAIRCUT; we suggest one from its name. Codes are getting ready for the WhatsApp booking keyword: once that keyword is switched on, customers will be able to text BOOK HAIRCUT to book that service. Until then a code does nothing.
Worth knowing
- "Anywhere" means every venue. A service with no venue ticked is offered at all your venues, including any you add later. Tick venues only to limit where it is offered.
- Archived services free their code. Another service can take the code; restoring the archived one then asks you to choose a new code first.
